20 Minute Sessions

Because of EMS effectiveness and intensity, sessions are only 20 minutes long. Perfect if you're short on time, but still looking to achieve noticeable results.

EMS has been around as a form of training for professional atheletes since the 1970's and is proven to be a very effective for doctors, physio's and health professionals.


Weight Loss

The amount of calories your body requires on a daily basis is largely determined by your metabolism and sport activities. In general, if you have a caloric surplus, i.e. eat more than your body needs, you will gain weight. A caloric deficit on the other hand leads to weight loss. With age, the metabolic rate slows down which means fat is gained more easily. through Our strength training you can increase your metabolism by 300-500 kcal, i.e. your body burns an additional 300-500 kcal every day.

As part of our monthly subscription package you’ll get your hands on a free nutrition guide and find out why a high protein and low carb diet can do wonders for you.


Rehabilitation

If you are suffering from back, shoulder or knee pain and are unable to do conventional workouts, EMS training can help you to gain strength and therefore prevent future injuries while helping with existing problems. This workout only contains simple movements and requires no weights to ensure a minimal impact on your joints.

Kev’s Muscle Growth

I have suffered with under active muscle issues over my body all my life, caused from over pronation and hammer toes as a child…. After lots of surgery and visits to different places nothing really worked….. I started EMS training at the beginning of March with Tash. She has been amazing along with the training, never have I seen muscle growth on myself like this, all the times I went to the gym and played sport my body would not respond. I really did think there was no answer to my problems as they have been there for so long, at 41 I thought thats it your never going to fix this…..

It’s most definitely working!

And as a massive plus side it’s a very efficient way of training, I’m a busy guy, it’s not always easy getting to a gym three times a week….

With EMS your in, 30 minutes later your out….. feeling pushed to your limit and good about it, excited to see what results will come from each session.

Tom says goodbye to back pain

Meet Tom!! After 8 years of lower back pain Tom has found day to day activities personally and professionally challenging.

He joined ARC 12 weeks ago and discovered a new love for fitness, after achieving exceptional results with ARC’s EMS personal training.

On week three he felt significant improvements in his lower back, by week 6 he noticed muscle growth in the upper body and on week 8 has taken up running and is up to 4miles!!!!
